Week of Oct 5th
I was slacking last week. Brenna shot her elk on Monday, and the rest of the week seemed to just get busier. I am happy to say that Delvern is home and back to cooking bigger meals is in order.
Here we go:
Monday: Chili beans and cornbread
Tuesday: Chicken Alfredo with Salad and Garlic Bread
Wednesday: Mongolian Beef and Rice
Thursday: Chicken tacos - I've been doing these in the crock pot. It is 2-4 chicken breasts (frozen), 1 small can of Rotelle tomatoes with green chiles, and one packet of chicken taco seasoning. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 on low. Shred the chicken and serve in corn tortillas.
Friday: Kabobs
Saturday: Hamburgers
Sunday: Baked Chicken, Potatoes, Green Beans
