Tuesday: Sheppard's Pie
Wednesday: Elk Steaks, Roasted Potatoes
Thursday: Tacos
Friday: BBQ beef sandwiches, chips , veggie tray
Saturday: Chili and Cornbread
Sunday: Dinner in a Pumpkin (Amy's recipe)
* I've never had dinner in a pumpkin before, but will be happy to post the recipe next week :)
