Week of August 8th

I know I missed last week but I was having too much fun in Denver.  Got to hang with my baby bro and B.  It was a whirlwind trip, and even though I'm tired, I feel renewed!  It's a good thing, time to get back on a schedule with school starting and my taxi duties needed.  What woman doesn't need ANOTHER job:)

Mongolian Beef

Many of you have used the recipe that I have used for awhile.  My husband doesn't like "sweet" with his beef so I found one that is more savory.  I tried this new recipe and LOVED it!  Here's the link:
