I spent the weekend bottling chicken, tomatoes, pineapple and green beans. All so we can have a good supply of food storage. It will be worth all the work someday soon when I come home from work and heat up dinner really quick. My goal for this month has been to make 1-2 meals out of our food storage. It has been working out well. All I have been buying lately is fresh fruits and veggies, milk products, some bread and meat (on sale only). I've been buying the meat when on sale to keep the freezer stocked.

Wednesday: Mongolian Beef with Rice
Thursday: Bacon ranch chicken wraps
Friday: Steak, baked potatoes, corn
Saturday: Chicken pot pie
