Mongolian Beef

Many of you have used the recipe that I have used for awhile.  My husband doesn't like "sweet" with his beef so I found one that is more savory.  I tried this new recipe and LOVED it!  Here's the link:

Week of June 27th

I made it through last week! (I told you I would)  YAY!  There were some bumps in the road and some unexpected things that popped up, but I live another week to make dinner.  I got a good surprise though.  We got a grill!  After MANY years of marriage and hand me downs, we are collecting our own stuff finally:)  So LOTS of grilling in our future.  I'm so excited!

Monday:   Mongollian Beef

Tuesday:  Chicken Enchiladas

Wednesday:  Kabobs and Rice

Thursday:  Pizza

Friday:  Clean out the fridge night

Saturday:  BBQ Chicken, roasted potatoes, corn on the cob

Week of June 20th

How does a woman that works 60+ hours in a week find time to prepare dinner for her family?  She orders, drives it home and sets it on the table, I guess.  Each week seems to get busier and busier.  I will survive!  I'm sure ot it...
