Chicken Rolls

This one is a very easy recipe that you can use turkey or chicken from the deli counter.

1 lb thick cut lunch meat (about 1/8th of an inch thick at the most)(8 or so pieces)
2 cups Stuffing (made per directions)(4 servings)
1 cup Brown Gravy (made per directions

1. Lay 4 pieces of meat in 8x8 pan. Fill with a heaping tablespoon of stuffing. Roll and place seam side down. Repeat with the rest of the meat.
2. Put excess stuffing on top and drizzle with brown gravy.
3. Place in 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and stuffing is crisp.
4. Serve with veggies.

It is fairly salty so you may not want to add any additional spices.
