I decided this week that even though I have a weekly menu, it doesn't necessarily make it easier to want to cook dinner every night. It does at least make it easier that there is a plan. The last 2 nights I have gotten home later than planned from work and although I don't want to stand in the kitchen and make dinner, it just becomes part of the plan and we're eating before I know it. As long as I don't sit down:)
That brings us to tonight, Pizza Night. Always a favorite at our house, and as you can see there is only enough left for a small lunch tomorrow. I even had enough dough to run a pizza over to the neighbors. She just started to work full time 2 weeks ago and I'm sure could use a break from making dinner. It was fun and now all that's left is to clean up. If only I could figure a way to make that easier!
Okay, this looks sooooo good Lor! Wish you were my neighbor... just kidding, we'd get tired of each other. I do like your cool pizza pans... wonder where you got those?!
